Who We Are
The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen – Division 682 - GCA 400 represents Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen employed with Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad and the Illinois Railway working in both Illinois and Indiana.

We want to be a catalyst for positive change, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Labour Union upon: better working conditions, improved productivity, and more active member participation.

BLE-T Division 682 is truly passionate about this issue, as it is one that impacts so many members in our division. BLE-T Division 682 aims to maintain balance within the labor system, and will keep pushing to provide our membership any resources available to them.
